Ok so we lose simpsons, I dont care much. We get Toonami!!! Powerpuff, Ed, Edd and Eddy, and all the other cool cartoon cartoons. As well as old looney toons.
i'm all for loony toons, but what's so bad about an hour of the simpsons? that hour was a tease anyway. it was like an episode at 4, and then you had to sit through KING OF THE HILL for half an hour, and then its 5 and you are hungry so you go eat. and then you get done eating, and its ANOTHER king of the hill, and then 6 and 6:30 on channel 7.
channel 7 sucks though they edit out tons of shit.
that's why i've gotten around this whole system and just watch them on the computer. much more satisfying!

Yeah, but given how much of each Simpsons episode was cut, it's more like losing forty minutes of The Simpsons. Besides, the episodes they showed were often repeated the same day on a different channel.

I was very disappointed the day that I got here and there was no cartoon network. I do enjoy the simpsons emensly and have almost every single episode on cd, but in my opinion shows like sealab 2021 and spaceghost c2c are, in my opionion, shows of equal or better value. Sealab 2021 would be the best show on tv if it weren't for it's lack of episodes. I don't know why i typed all of this stuff, but my point is that a few missing simpsons episodes is well worth the addition of the cartoon network and adult swim. I think this and I don't even like any of that anime crap that they play all the time, so those who do like anime should be thrilled by this.
