I have 2 of the Blues Tickets that SUB was selling to this Thursday's game. I'll be leaving town Thursday so I'm unable to attend the game. They are $40 (each) tickets. I would just like to get back the $20 (total) I paid them.

That is correct.

They are for section 122 row HH seat 11 and 12. And they have a face value of $22.50, not $40.
