I agree but I have heard lots of people call it trilly before also.
trilly sounds gay, but most of the people I hear say this are the Indian students and I believe gayness knows no bounds if you are from Asia.

Gaim isn't bad, I've used it in the past, but I use trilly because it supports the other clients that I use. I like having one prog run my AIM, MSNM, ICQ, etc.
Although I do use another for IRC... :\

As far as I know Gaim supports all those protocols...

MirandaIM is skinnable. It probably has hiding and docking plugins as well, since it's almost completely modular. It supports practically every IM protocol known, including IRC. It's also free.
Alright well I just copied the .xml files and reinstalled it. It seems to be working fine now, and since I've never had any legitimate problems with it until now, I think I'll stick with it.
