 Post subject: Sharing a printer

I have a printer that I would like to share with a few guys living on my floor. I remember that in Win 98, I could share files and printers with passwords, but now that I have XP, I can't figure out how to share my printer and files with passwords so that someone doesn't randomly print nasty stuff on my printer. Any ideas please?
