Maybe this is the wrong forum for this... but I'm new around here and looking for people who play instruments to jam with... I'm a guitarist, so it would be cool to find people who play bass or drums... but yeah - i'm really bored so if anyone wants to jam, just reply or something. In case anyone is actually interested, I play classic rock, alt metal, acid rock,... well mostly a lot of different rock and metal. also blues is fun...

i would love to join in a band with you, but keeping a drum set in my room is next to impossible. if you talk to me next semester when the residence college is built, i'll start something up then.

sure... but keeping a guitar or bass in your room isn't impossible - so do you have either here now, cuz we could jam some now. I'm BORED!

What genres do you all play?

I dig blues too. I'm an accoustic and electric guitar person, plus keyboard. Oh and I live in an off-campus house with an open basement.

i play blues, classic rock, acid rock, prog rock, metal, some thrash metal, some black metal, alt. metal - like opeth... a fairly good variety. i don't do punk tho - it's horrible and horribly simple.

I haven't played in a few months...but when I do it's usually metal, rock, hardcore stuff...

hey i play bass and can pretty much pick up on anything you throw at me...... from blues to jazz to funk to heavy metal..... so if you wanna jam im up for it at anytime......

I am a lead guitarist and I play Metallica / Slayer / Cradle Of Filth...and am really looking forward to Jam sometime...anytime... !!!

I have an Ibanez RG 570 series Guitar, mMarshall amps and a Zoom distrotion kit with a seperate effects pedal...upgrading to a Boss GT 6 in a few weeks.

I can play master of puppets, the four horsemen, wherever I may roam..and a few more from I Maiden, Sabbath....

If anybody wants to jam for KIX...I'd be more than glad to shredd some strings. !!
