My disk Cleanup won't work, when I run it, it just goes to 2 bars and then never any farther. It still takes up like 99% of my cpu though.... how can I reinstall/fix it? I have all of my original disks and don't know shit about computers.

What OS? Disk Clean Up? You might try ending all other proccess except for the taskbar and system before starting it.

you might have to run adaware or something to get rid of some internet file baddie. mine takes like 5 minutes to run

Thanks Trunks. I ran ad-aware and spybot, closed everything, and ran it again, it went to 2 bars and then finnished. I think it was over due, I had like to gig of old internet files.

If you want a good defrag program get O&O Defrag. There are several different options on how you can defrag. Free full use trial but you can find free licenses on the internet. Newest version is 6.5. Have yet to find a better defrag tool out there. Windows boots fast (esp when it is on a 10k rpm sata drive)
