You can only use declining balance if the sale happens on campus. That is why you have to have the pizza delivered. I don't know of a current list of vendors with agreements with chartwells right now though.

That is such crap, MU's mealplan includes all kinds of places like DQ, Hardee's, McDonalds, etc. Almost every restaurant accepts MU mealplans. Why can't we get the same program that they have? Their food tastes LIKE FOOD, they seem to be more organized, and it is WAY more versatile.

That's the offical story at least, what bussiness may or may not do is up to them. I'm guessing though that the ones allowing this carryout, also delivered.

and The Underground (formerly the Canteen).
Points can also be used for on-campus delivery from:
Domino's, Little Caesar's, Papa John's,
Pizza Inn and Mr. Goodcents.

You can tell when they last updated the page since Mr. Goodcents has been out of business for a couple years now...
