NOTARY PUBLIC ON HAND
ASUM is proud to offer the services of Charles Robinson, a member of the Notary Public. He will be in the ASUM office regularly Monday – Wednesday from noon to 3 PM to notarize absentee ballots. The ASUM office is located right across from the bookstore in University Center West. If you have any questions, please email umrasum@umr.edu.

Try the ASUM office as noted above, also you can get it notarized at the courthouse. If you are getting an election ballot notarized, it is free wherever you take it, or it should be. That's what it says on the voting instruction sheet. I got my ballot notarized the other day at the courthouse at no cost.
By the way, the courthouse is located on either 4th or 3rd street, behind Kroger. Right next to the jail if you know where that is. Just go in the front entrance and go into the first office on the right, which is the County Clerk's office. I think the door also said something like Election Official on it.
Katie Frisbee in the Student Union Board office (211UCE) is the Campus Notary. It is also free to see her.
isn't it Patty Frisbee?
