During the lab, they took us to the reactor and ran a demonstration. What were we supposed to do with the numbers generated from that demonstration? Chem lab is so confusing, they don't tell us shit

I could explain it to you if you'd like to drop by 207 Altman tonight, it won't take me more than 20 minutes to explain the reactor lab. Just ask tdcnq2, I spent maybe 10 minutes explaining it to him, and he gets it now.

I had that class last year. The nuke lab wasn't that hard....actually when of the easier labs IIRC. The class itself was a PITA, but my TA gave everyone A's who showed up every time and turned in all the labs and quizzes.
If you're talking about the half-life lab where they do Al-27 to Al-28, then just put counts per minute on the y-axis and time on the x-axis. It should form an exponential graph.
