So i need to vote, 3 questions:

1) Usually, when are absentee ballots due (i'm in cole county).
2) Do I hactually have to punch it in front of a notary? or just have them sign it
3) Where can I get a notary to sign it?

1. no idea
2. don't think anyone would care.
3.a simple scrolling down or useing the search would have yeilded this.

Well, if 'hactually' is a word then I guess 'balloting' can be one too!

1. usually after the normal election...check with your county voting place
2. yes it has to be notorized..you dont have to punch it in front of them but you do have to sign the outside of the envelope in front of them
3. any bank will work, there is one on campus...see thread on notary
