1) Usually, when are absentee ballots due (i'm in cole county).
2) Do I hactually have to punch it in front of a notary? or just have them sign it
3) Where can I get a notary to sign it?

1. usually after the normal election...check with your county voting place
2. yes it has to be notorized..you dont have to punch it in front of them but you do have to sign the outside of the envelope in front of them
3. any bank will work, there is one on campus...see thread on notary
