Okay, so I've decided to get rid of SP 2 because my computer's done nothing right since I installed it. Is the best way to do this just going to add/remove programs? Because I've installed some Office updates for SP 2 and I think someone installed some SP 2 compatible drivers for some stuff. Will those things still work if I unistall SP 2?
If you haven't disabled it, I'm thinking your best bet would be to go to System Restore and load up a state prior to your installation of SP2. What are you having problems with? I have SP2 on my computer and it's running beautifully. Well, as beautiful as can be expected with Windows.

Yeah, well, I'm too stupid to figure out a Mac.
My internet won't work until I restart the computer twice (I have no idea why). Also, before I restart it twice it freezes a lot. This may be a problem with the Office update, but imported objects like Excel charts and worksheets become corrupted as soon as I import them. I can't open Excel files from outside of the Excel program. There's other things too but I can't list them all. Just general weirdness.
Basically the only reason I downloaded SP 2 was to get the cooler version of Movie Maker. I guess I think of my computer as a toy.
ok, WTF, just rebooted my computer now it's giving me this Data Execution Prevention BULLSHIT, can't open my computer or anything except IE for some reason, rofl. Anyone know how to turn this off?

I had to format after I installed SP 2. I would suggest not installing it. If you have decent antivirus and firewall like panda and zonealarm then you dont need it, read the install notes, thats about all it is
