Just go this game last night. I played the single player campaign for like 5 minutes and I'm already hooked. Anyone else got this and what do you have to say about it? From what I've seen already, I think this Tribes is better than either of the Unreals (2k3, 2k4).

I love BT.

I played it for about 2 hours or so, and I really didn't like the single player that much. And of course not owning the game I can't really comment on the multiplayer, but the single player enough wasn't good enough for the game to stay on my hard drive.

the tribes series has never really been good for singleplayer, but the multiplayer more than makes up for it

at least in the first one... tribes 2 sucked a lot, but the original is still one of my favorites for lans

I got this today.. wow I'm really impressed. It's much closer to Tribes 1 gameplay than to Tribes 2 (good thing), only faster (good thing). There are maps that could be fun to play even 4v4 or 5v5 on (competative play?). Personally I hate playing huge games, but if a bit of chaos is your kind of thing, it's very playable in 16v16.

The game is just rape. It's amazing.. I'm almost sure I'm going to be starting a team some time soon. If anyone's interested in playing on pubs or possibly joining a new team, let me know.

This is one of those not so well-known games that should be better-known. If you've got 40 bucks you don't know what to do with, go pick up a copy at wal-mart. If you liked Tribes1 but were disappointed with Tribes2, pick it up.
