 Post subject: Can i borrow/use a drill/drill press?

Im modifying the intake on my car and i need to drill a few holes into plastic and all my powertools are at home in texas. So can i borrow or use someones drill or drill press?

Well, more nice than clever. I'm not sure if they'll let you use it but if you buy em lunch or something I bet the guys in the ME shop would do the job for you. They shouldn't be too busy, it's not near the end of the semester yet.

LOL, im waay to cheap to buy em lunch to drill 5 holes thru plastic. I could buy some POS drill for that much.

I had to drill two little holes on my wastegate flange for my turbo. I took it to the ME shop and the guy did it righ there in front of me. My stuff was metal too so I'm sure he'll easily do plastic.

BTW have you done this yet?
