Hi,

I've taken my old computer and turned it into a 24/7 counter strike server for UMR. I'm also trying to get a [UMR] clan going. For those intersted in the clan, you can go to http://www.GameArcade.org and there is a section for our clan in the middle of the forum.

The new dedicated Counter Strike server is simply named "UMR".
IP: 131.151.186.27:27015

You can see it under "LAN Servers" on steam, you can add the IP to your favs, or you can browse the internet list until you find "UMR".

For those of you who know a bit about Counter Strike, I am currently using AMX mod and Admin mod. I have all the basic plugins installed, a few statistic programs, some fun stuff, some good maps, and other admin goodies. I'm taking all suggestions on plugins and addons modules if you have a request.

We had 16 people on the server last night, and it will be the main server for clans [UMR] and +[LNK]+

Hmm, i'll have to get on there sometime... need to brush up my skills a bit, but being on a UMR clan would be cool.

Yeah, all those plugins and custom maps can be cool from time to time, it gets really gay. It's especially gay when the admin decides to make himself invisible because he cant get kills normally.

2 years ago we had a server on campus called DDRkcNORTH, and it had an admin with similar jewtastic properties (sweetlikejesus). To make a long story short, dont be a fag on your server, or it will drop like a rock.

Even though I really suck at CS, playing on that server is fun.

For the first few days, I was playing around with godmode and chickens and stuff, but i think i got that outta my system. I really like to play normal counter strike. There will not be too many crazy plugins or weird maps.

I will ban hackers though. Already banned 1 guy permanently, and 3 people had 5minute bans.

So, if you are looking for a legit game of CS, join server "UMR". I am on nearly everynight, and I do kick/ban cheaters.

As long as you don't put crazy custom maps on there and there's people around, I'm sure to stop by at some point. I, too, need to brush up on my CS skills.

I also hope that you're not the type of admin that just bans people for "hacking" just because they've got an impressive ratio/they're killing you a lot.

I've gotten a lot better in the past week. I have 1092 kills currently. and 26% accuracy. So, lately, I've been the one being accused of hacking...lol

If you think you can put up a fight against me, then please, show me what you got. I need a good challenge.



We play all most of the standard maps (dust, aztec, assault, etc) and some a couple non-standards: fy_penis_island, fy_pool_day, and de_rats.

New maps are fun to tryout, but i like to stick to the stuff i know best.
