You know, its really annoying when your trying to sell something, and people who don't even care about it, post a reply saying "Well I found it cheaper here" woopdy fuckin doo! Mind you're own damn business before somebody beats you're ass. Damn engineers, think they know everything...

Yeah it's slightly annoying, but get used to it. If you don't like the way it works, go somewhere else like eBay to sell it. Just because you posted about it doesn't mean that people aren't going to try and find the best deals they can. Plus, a lot of people here are really ridiculous about their pricing anyway. It takes like 5 minutes to actually research and guess what the price of your item should be.

I appreciate it when someone posts a price to keep me from getting ripped off. It's really annoying when someone posts something and then asks for twice what they payed retail for it.

I figure i'm doing everyone a favor who might think about buying something that they might be paying a new price for something used and probably without a warranty. If people just tried to get reasonable prices out of what they sell other than try to screw people, this wouldnt be a problem. But since people always want the most out of what they sell, that wont happen.

I've done it a few times to stop people from getting screwed over. If you don't like being held accountable, take the time to research beforehand yourself. Simple enough. Don't expect to pull the wool over anyones' eyes here.

i just did it last week and i don't give a fuck. when you are interested in something and then you find out that the person selling it is trying to rip you off you get pissed. so then you retaliate by posting a comment that everyone else will see saying that the person is trying to rip people off. basically, i just think you get what you deserve for trying to be a scandalous fuck.

I was actually glad that someone posted such a reply when I tried to sell something. I didn't know how much to ask and then a couple people said I was asking too much so I just said "Ok sorry, I didn't realize"

Although there is one thing that really kinda makes me mad about selling items on here. You post a firm price, yet someone always offers $5-$10 lower, no matter what the circumstances are, even if the price is very reasonable. Then no one buys when you say that you can't go lower. I dunno...just kinda irks me.

Thats exactly what I'm talking about...I'm not trying to rip anybody off on here, I offer a reasonable price for what I try to sell, but some moron goes out online and finds one for like 30 bucks cheaper and then comes back and completly ruins what your trying to sell...if people are stupid enought to fall for it, then mind your own business...sometimes it better that people learn the hard way...and besides if you're willing to give some random website your credit card number well then you're just as much of a dumbass as the other person.

Nono, if someone finds another deal online where there's a cheaper price, then that's your own fault. If someone lowers the price just for the hell of it, just so they can save $10 for themselves even if you post a decent price, then that's what annoys me.

The answer to that is to always make the price 5-10$ more than you really want for it so you can come down and still get what you want for it. My dad owns an Equipment Sales place and thats what he does on alot of his stuff.
