Does anyone know/have the list of voting locations in Rolla? If so, please post it here.

Grab a phone book. Look up County Clerks office number.

Give them a call and they should be able to tell you all the locations.

If your in Ward 6 you can vote at the UMR General Services building which is over by frat row. Opens at 6am. County Clerk's number is 573-364-1891.

anyone know where to vote if you live in TJ?

I'm new at this so this might sound dumb.

Do we need to bring the voter card to the polling location? Everyone Ive asked has one, but I dont remember getting one.

can we just use our driver's licence for ID?

you can cast a provisional ballot that says you are able to vote. but you must cast your ballot at the correct polling location. ask the polling personel if you are at the right location, they should be able to tell you. then fill out the provisional ballot, where if the election, any race that is, is close enough, your ballot will be scrutinized to see if you actually are a registered voter and if you vote will count.

After I registered here, I got a letter that said I simply need to bring some valid ID to the polling location and I would receive my voter registration card afterwards. I would imagine it's the same situation for you.

And also, I'm in TJ and in ward 6, meaning I vote at the UMR General Services building like Skyhoper said.

Voters are being challenged at the polls right here in Rolla!

Don't take any crap! Make sure that your vote is counted!

"If you experience problems voting, or if you see anything improper at the polls, you may want to get help. It is a good idea to bring a cellphone, and phone numbers of nonpartisan hotlines like the Election Protection program's 1-866-OURVOTE and Common Cause's 1-866-MYVOTE1."

How are voters being challenged? Is there anything that I can do before I go to the polls to help prevent it? Anything I can bring with me, for example?

umm, i realize this is late but i did a search on google and found the website:

http://www.rollacity.org/wards/citymap.html#vote1

You have to have registered at your address here in Rolla to vote here. Basically this boils down to whether you told them to change your registration when you renewed your driver's license here in town.
