Wondering if anyone has a CSS serving running somewhere on campus. I never really played CS until I got it free with HL2, and I have sort of a love/hate issue with it starting out. But that's besides the point.

I'll probably put up a server once Valve gets their heads out of their asses and enables server map downloads.

I believe that was fixed with today's (11/30/04) patch

Well, I'll be damned. HL2 deathmatch too. Still doesn't explain why they didn't have this ready at launch...

Yeah, I still haven't played CSS yet. I purchased HL2 yesterday afternoon through Steam, so I'm waiting for it to download everything... I think it's 49% done with HL2 right now. God our bandwidth blows now.

They took a lot of things out of the game... or didn't get to put in it in time anyway. Lot of weapons and characters you don't get to use/meet in the game.
