ok, so im an idiot. let me explain before you all agree and flame me. so a friend and i pretty much have the exact same schedule. well, tonight we both believed that the lab started at 6pm. we both get there around 5:45 and the door's locked so we checked our schedule to see if its the right room and realize that we're an hour late. anyway, im wondering who out there went to the lab and could tell me what happened. hopefully i didnt miss anything too important.

so how does that help me now? im asking if anything of any value occurred for the first lab.
i wasnt in that section but in the first lab all they do is hand out the syllabus, give some examples on how to do a lab writeup, and tell that there is a lab safety quiz next week over the first part of the lab manual. There is a link on the syllabus that shows where to find and print out the manual for class. I dont have it with me right now though...
