well I want to drop a class, and I'm sure I can do that... thing is can I add another class or is it to late? Because my hours would be low if that were the case. If that is the case are there any classes I could take that are like half semester or havent started yet?

Math 6 starts mid-semester. There's a 1-hour Golf lab that meets the last 8 weeks. Other than that I'm not aware of anything. However, there are certain classes where you can still catch up to the 3 class meetings they've had relatively easily. Talk to the instructor and see if they'll let you in.

When it says Status : Open --> that means the class is still open for enrollment... correct?

Yes, but only with instructor's permission, your advisor's permission, and I think the add slip needs the Dean's signature too. So you've got to preach your case to 3 people.
